David Foskett

David has a strong track record running operations in different business sectors and serving as CEO, COO and CFO in several private equity-backed firms. He has also held several senior leadership roles at Western Union including Chief Financial Officer Western Union Payments Services (EMEA), Finance Director Retail Network Europe-CIS and Finance Director Western Europe.
David was regulated by the FCA and is equally comfortable dealing with regulators and licensing as well as the day-to-day operations of the company. He has a career spent working in senior roles based in the UK, Dubai and France with significant responsibilities worldwide, mainly in Africa, the Middle East and more recently in Eastern Europe. David holds a MBA from HEC Paris

André Poirson

André has a strong international track record and is specialized in project development. He has carried out many significant international projects in Europe (Eastern, Central & Western) and Latin America in the capacity of Managing Director.
André has acquired an expertise in the development of key complex programs, allowing him to work on projects in sectors such as defence, renewable energies, environmental sector, smart cities and engineering. He graduated from ESCP business school in Paris and holds a MBA and a degree in Executive Coaching, both from HEC Paris.

Olena Sibiriakova

Helen is specialised in consulting, public relations and media-technology , specialising in business and politics. She has managed more than 20 election campaigns in Ukraine. She founded the Rost Group devoted to development of international companies in Ukraine in in sectors such as pharmaceuticals and information innovation technology and SINCE TV in Great Britain.
Olena, as an expert in mass communications, comments for Ukrainian and foreign media. Olena graduated from KYIV INSTITUTE OF THEATRICAL ART, TV-journalism in Kyiv, Ukraine and London Charter PR Institute and holds a PHD in Philosophy. She is a member of Aspen Club

Viktor Riabokin

Viktor’s core skills are investment management and community building. He started his career as a founder of financial magazine, which aimed to improve financial literacy in CES countries. In 2016, Viktor co-founded the American Financial Investment Academy, historically the first Ukrainian training course for independent financial advisors.
He then co-founded with a partner from Wall Street, Axensis LLC, which provides emerging markets to access products from world’s largest stock markets. Since 2017, Viktor has worked in various C-level roles for the development of investment communities in Ukraine. Viktor holds a degree in economics from Cherkassy National University
